Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und verwendet keine Analyse-, Tracking- oder Werbedienste. Es werden keine Profile gebildet und keine Daten zu Werbezwecken weitergegeben. Aus diesem Grund ist auch kein Cookie-Banner erforderlich. Personenbezogene Daten werden nur verarbeitet, soweit dies für den Betrieb der Website oder zur Beantwortung einer Anfrage erforderlich ist.
3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website wird bei Cloudflare Pages gehostet (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Beim Aufruf der Website verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Zugriffsdaten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, übertragene Datenmenge, Referrer sowie Browser- und Betriebssystemkennung.
Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Das berechtigte Interesse liegt im sicheren, stabilen und vor Angriffen geschützten Betrieb der Website. Cloudflare, Inc. ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; ergänzend bestehen Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission.
4. Schriftarten
Die verwendeten Schriftarten Michroma und Chakra Petch werden von dieser Website selbst ausgeliefert. Es besteht keine Verbindung zu Google Fonts oder einem anderen externen Schriftartendienst; es werden dabei keine Daten an Dritte übertragen.
5. Produktabbildungen
Auf der Startseite und auf der Seite „Artifacts“ werden Produktfotos vom Content-Delivery-Netzwerk von Shopify geladen (Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ottawa, Kanada). Dabei wird Ihre IP-Adresse an Shopify übermittelt. Für Kanada besteht ein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der Europäischen Kommission. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
6. Kontaktformulare
Diese Website stellt Formulare bereit: das Projektformular auf der Seite Start a mission, das Formular für Nachrichten aus dem Footer und das Anfrageformular im Stellar-Tischgenerator. Übermittelt werden die von Ihnen eingegebenen Angaben — je nach Formular Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Art des Projekts, Budgetrahmen, Zeitrahmen, Ihre Nachricht sowie beim Generator die von Ihnen erzeugte Konfiguration samt Vorschaubildern.
Die Formulardaten werden auf unserem eigenen Endpunkt entgegengenommen und per E-Mail über Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, Frankreich) zugestellt. Brevo verarbeitet die Daten als Auftragsverarbeiter auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO; die Verarbeitung erfolgt innerhalb der Europäischen Union. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage hin) sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Sie können uns stattdessen jederzeit direkt per E-Mail erreichen.
7. Kontakt per E-Mail
Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail schreiben, werden Ihre Angaben zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage und für den Fall von Anschlussfragen gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO bei vertragsbezogenen Anfragen, sonst Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
8. Externe Links
Diese Website verlinkt auf Patreon, den HiveVisions-Shop, GitHub und soziale Netzwerke. Es sind keine Inhalte dieser Dienste eingebettet — es werden also erst dann Daten an den jeweiligen Anbieter übertragen, wenn Sie einen solchen Link anklicken. 9. Speicherdauer
Server-Logfiles werden von Cloudflare nach kurzer Zeit automatisch gelöscht. Anfragen über Formular oder E-Mail werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für die Bearbeitung und allfällige Anschlussfragen erforderlich ist; danach werden sie gelöscht, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten — insbesondere nach § 132 BAO — entgegenstehen.

Ihnen stehen die Rechte auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21 DSGVO) zu. 3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, the referrer, and browser and operating system identifiers.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure, stable and attack-resistant operation of the website. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and Standard Contractual Clauses are in place in addition.
4. Fonts
The typefaces Michroma and Chakra Petch are served by this website itself. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no data is transmitted to any third party in the process.
5. Product images
On the home page and the Artifacts page, product photographs are loaded from Shopify’s content delivery network (Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ottawa, Canada). Your IP address is transmitted to Shopify in the process. Canada is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Contact forms
This website provides several forms: the project form on the Start a mission page, the message form in the footer, and the quote form in the Stellar table generator. What is transmitted is what you enter — depending on the form, your name, email address, project type, budget range, timeframe, your message, and in the generator the configuration you built together with its preview images.
Form data is received by our own endpoint and delivered as email through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France). Brevo processes the data as a processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, and processing takes place within the European Union. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You are always free to email us directly instead.

If you write to us by email, your details are stored in order to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
8. External links
This website links to Patreon, the HiveVisions shop, GitHub and social networks. No content from these services is embedded — no data is transmitted to any of them until you click such a link. From that point their own privacy terms apply.
9. Retention
Server logs are deleted automatically by Cloudflare after a short period. Enquiries sent by form or email are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up, and are then deleted unless statutory retention obligations — in particular under § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code — require otherwise.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
